At Delasa Psychology, we offer therapeutic treatment to children using child friendly therapies in a supportive environment. Techniques including child-friendly cognitive behaviour therapy and simple mindfulness techniques are used to assist your child learn about their thoughts, feelings and behaviour and gain skills to manage these. Developmentally appropriate means such as play therapy, arts, crafts and stories are used to facilitate this process.
Our psychologist is also committed in working with parents to empower them and give them the skills to manage their child’s behaviour and emotional health and well being.
